It's All About You..

Dear whoever is reading this: you’re beautiful and someone out there is crazy about you. So smile. Life’s too short to be unhappy. :D

Lesson 1
I’ve learned that you can’t please everyone. So don’t even try it. It’s a waste of time trying to make everyone like you. Just be you. I’ve learned the hard way and in the end, some people are just so full of hate, that no matter what you say or do, they’ll always have something to say. They’ll never like you. So what?

Lesson 2
You’re only as tall as your heart will let you be. And you’re only as small as the world will make you seem. And when the going gets rough and you feel like you may fall, just look on the bright side. You’re roughly six feet tall.

Lesson 3
Never give up on anybody. Miracles happen every day.
Lesson 4
Believe in the power of believing. Believe in fairy tales for what they can teach you about real life. Believe in happy endings, and believe they don’t always happen. Believe in something, anything, that gives you the courage and strength to continue on. Believe it when a friend says you’re beautiful. Believe that you deserve to be happy. Believe that you have choices and that you can choose wisely. Believe in your own intuition. Believe that you can do more with your life than you’re doing, and then do it. Above all, believe in yourself.

Lesson 5
Your heart is a weapon the size of your fist. Keep fighting. Keep loving.

Lesson 6
Promise yourself to be strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind; to talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet; to make all your friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them; to look at the sunny side of everything and to make your optimism come true, to think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best; to be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own; to forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future; to wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature you meet; to give so much time to improving yourself that you have no time to criticize others; to be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble; to think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud word, but in great deeds; to live in the faith that the whole world is on your side, so long as you are true to the best that is in you.

Lesson 7
Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than one with all the facts.

Lesson 8
Sometimes it’s best to forget how you feel, and remember what you deserve.

Lesson 9
Sometimes, you just have to distance yourself from people. If they care, they’ll notice. If they don’t, you know where you stand.

Lesson 10
Real beauty is being aware of yourself and honest about who you are. When you’re comfortable in your own skin, you look beautiful on the outside, regardless of how many flaws you have. My flaws? I break out. I have cellulite. But all of that is just being human.

Lesson 11
Did you ever notice, that when people tell you you’ve changed, it’s only because you stopped acting the way they want you to?

Lesson 12
HEY YOU. Yes, you. Stop being unhappy with yourself. You are perfect. Stop wishing you looked like someone else or wishing people like you as much as they like someone else. Stop trying to get attention from those who hurt you. Stop hating your body, your face, your personality, your quirks. Love them. Without those things, you wouldn’t be you and why would you want to be anyone else? Be confident with who you are. Smile. It’ll draw people in. If anyone hates on you because you are happy with yourself, then that’s their problem. My happiness will not depend on others anymore. I’m happy because I love who I am. I love my flaws. I love my imperfections. They make me “me.” And “me” is pretty amazing.
Lesson 13
You are a perfectly acceptable human being right now, this minute. You are just as valid as any other human being, without changing a single thing about yourself. That doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to want to grow, evolve or improve yourself, or you can’t do better sometimes. It just means that right now this instant, you are worthy of your own self love. Even if it is hard to love yourself sometimes, or you’re struggling with some really difficult stuff in your life, you still deserve it. So be kind to yourself, be kind to others, and give the best version of yourself that you can give, but know that even in the tough times, you are still valid, worthy and deserving.

Lesson 14
Recognize your limitations and don’t overdo it. Don’t get too down on yourself for not getting things done. Try to eliminate thoughts revolving around a need to be “productive.” Recognize your needs and articulate them, especially when it comes to relationships with others. Realize there’s nothing wrong with being “selfish.” Cry when you need to. Identify and eliminate toxic people and behaviors from your life. Remember, you’re allowed to say “no,” and you deserve love too. Taking care of yourself and putting yourself first in a capitalist system is a form of resistance.

Lesson 15
Sometimes, you just can’t tell anybody how you really feel. Not because you don’t know why. Not because you don’t know your purpose. Not because you don’t trust them. But because you can’t find the right words to make them understand.
